Derek Vitatoe — Co-Founder

Derek Vitatoe, known as The HR Jock, is a former Division I football athlete turned Human Resources executive and Certified Performance & Leadership Coach. With over 20 years leading people strategy at major brands including Johnson & Johnson, CVS Health, Coca-Cola, and Ralph Lauren, Derek has built a career helping leaders and teams perform at elite levels under pressure. As Co-Founder of Work at Wheel, he brings that same passion for leadership, wellness, and high performance into the coworking world.

Broyny Vitatoe — Co-Founder

Broyny Vitatoe is a distinguished wellness professional with over 20 years of experience in corporate health and wellness. She fuses her fitness background directly into the workspace, designing an environment where sitting disease is combated through cycle and treadmill desk options — not as a gimmick, but as a philosophy. Here to empower small business owners, remote professionals, and entrepreneurs alike, she’s built a coworking space where wellness meets productivity.
